A LEGO Experience: The Farnsworth House Photo Gallery

A LEGO Experience: The Farnsworth House took place on October 20, 2012 at Gorton Community Center and was a sellout success attending by 75 children. Tina Strauss gave a wonderful overview of the history of the Mies van der Rohe-designed home, which was recently preserved through the support of our 2012 Local Legends honoree John Bryan.

Participants had a chance to put together the Farnsworth House LEGO kit. They also had the opportunity to bring in their own LEGO house design from home, creations from their own imagination, for a competition judged by local architect Laurence Booth.
