Join us for this lecture by James Cornelius, author and historian at the Abraham Lincoln Association and past curator of the Lincoln Collection at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Illinois. The Lincoln exhibit A Man of His Time, A Man for All Times opens on March 3 in conjunction with this lecture and runs through mid-May.

Cornelius has written and edited several books on American and British history, with an in-depth focus on Lincoln. Most recently, he co-authored the 48-page Official Commemorative Guide to the Presidential Museum and oversaw publication and introduced Gettysburg Replies, a showcase of original short essays by 100 famous people about Lincoln and the war.
